Refund and Returns Policy

If you wish to return the image/s and you:

a) Downloaded your image/s, you will need to destroy the image/s as follows:

1. Contact Customer Service on e-mail info@worldrallypics.com within 7 business days of the original invoice date, to receive authorisation. At this stage you will be given a reference number, which should be quoted in all future correspondence regarding this refund.

Due to royalty considerations for our Partners, all high-resolution image purchases are considered final, 7 business days from the original invoice date.

2. To comply with our terms and conditions of purchase you are obliged to destroy the image immediately once your cancellation request has been granted by NRP and you have been given the above mentioned reference number. By purchasing the licence to use an image from NRP you are bound by our terms and conditions of purchase.

3. We will send you an e-mail confirming that your refund has been accepted and that it is going to be processed.

4. We will send you an email once the refund has been fully processed. Your refund will be processed via the same payment method as your original purchase, which may take up to 14 days.

b) Purchased your images on CD:

1. Contact Customer Service on e-mail info@worldrallypics.com within 7 business days of the original invoice date, to receive authorisation. At this stage you will be given a reference number, which should be quoted in all future correspondence regarding this refund.

Due to royalty considerations for our Partners, all high-resolution image purchases are considered final, 7 business days from the original invoice date.

To comply with our terms and conditions of purchase you are obliged to destroy the CD immediately once your cancellation request has been granted by NRP and you have been given the above mentioned reference number. By purchasing the licence to use an image from NRP you are bound by our terms and conditions of purchase.

3. We will send you an e-mail confirming that your refund has been accepted and that it is going to be processed.

4. We will send you an email once the refund has been fully processed. Your refund will be processed via the same payment method as your original purchase, which may take up to 14 days.

Please note that image licences purchased by credit card will be subject to an administration fee equal to 8% of the original order value.

Please do not return CDs if you have cancelled the use of an image.

Should you have any issues with your order, you must contact Customer Service at info@worldrallypics.com. There will be no refunds for unauthorised returns.
